**I want to** clearly see what elements are clickable
**so that** I don't need to guess what is a link and what not

**Acceptance criteria**

* Update the color of elements that are clickable inside of the new Primer box to use the link color. Do this in:

* Administration > File storages

* Administration > Project attributes
