Begin of the insertionRails needs to be updated to 3.2.19 because of [\[CVE-2014-3482\] \[CVE-2014-3483\]](http://seclists.org/oss-sec/2014/q3/5).

We will need to merge this into release/3.0 (will be part of 3.0.11) and dev.End of the insertion
