No error message displayed when name and identifier are blank
Systems:
https://b4.qa.finn.de - 4.0.0 (Mysql2);
https://openproject-org.qa.finn.de - 4.0.0 (PostgreSQL);
https://test-myproject.telekom.de/ite1 - Core version 3.0.4 (Mysql2);
### Preconditions:
User is admin
### Steps To Reproduce:
- Go to **Administration** \> **Projects**
- Click **Copy** next to a project
- Leave name and identifier blank
- Click **Copy**
### Expected result:
An error message that the name and the identifier can’t be blank is displayed.
### Actual result:
No error message displayed.
The message displayed is that the project is being copied and you will be inform via email when the “” is available
the project is not copied and you get no email.
