**As** a user exporting the project list
**I want** columns in the exported list (XLS and CSV) to be exactly as they are in the project list UI
**so that** I get the same, expected result
**Acceptance criteria**
* ID and identifier are columns column in the project list I can select and switch the order of
* The columns in the export are the same as the one in the project list UI
* Currently (not desired) id and identifier are always the first two columns in the export
