### Steps To Reproduce:
- Go to **Modules** \> **Administration** \> **Roles and Permissions**
- Click **New role**
- Select **Global Role**
- \!\!\! When Global role is selected - The following permissions are displayed: **Create project, Edit Landing Page** and **Confirm registrations**
- Leave **Name** empty and click **Create**
### Actual result:
The error message is displayed - The permissions for **Global role** disappear after the error message is displayed
### Expected result:
Error message is displayed. The permissions for **Global role** - **Create project**, **Edit Landing Page** and **Confirm registrations** should be still displayed
