### Steps to reproduce

* In Notification center, open a notification

* In the split screen, scroll the tab navigation (UnderlineNav) horizontally and click on a tab that requires scroll


### What is the buggy behavior?

* Clicking a tab after scrolling opens that tab but reinitialises scroll

* In some cases, the active tab is no longer visible, or only partially visible

* Begin of the insertion~~(possiblyEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion (possiblyEnd of the deletion related) The orange "current tab" bottom-border indicator seems to be Begin of the insertionmissing~~End of the insertion Begin of the deletion missingEnd of the deletion

* Begin of the insertion~~TheEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion TheEnd of the deletion top-bottom positioning also seems off (there's too much bottom padding, too little top Begin of the insertionpadding)~~End of the insertion Begin of the deletion padding)End of the deletion


### What is the expected behavior?

* The UnderlineNav should adjust scroll position such that the active tab remains visible

* Begin of the insertion~~TheEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion TheEnd of the deletion current tab should have an orange Begin of the insertionbottom-border~~End of the insertion Begin of the deletion bottom-borderEnd of the deletion
