### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to Administration Settings
2. Go to User & Permissions
3. Click on a user name
### **Actual Behavior**
Case 1: It's unclear unclear, what the consent is about:

Case 2: It's unclear unclear, what "your configured statement" is meant:
<img class="op-uc-image op-uc-image_inline" src="/api/v3/attachments/18993/content" alt="">
### **Expected Behavior**
* **When a consent has not been provided (Case 1):**
* Change the Case 1: Explain/specify. Maybe change "your configured statement" to "consent information text below configured by you" (or the date and time to:
* "The user has not yet given their consent like) to your [configured consent harmonize the wording (in Admin->Users&Permissions->Settings we call it "consent information text](https://community.openproject.org/#). They will be reminded the next time they log in."
* The text")
Case 2: At least insert a link should point to `admin/settings/users#consent_settings`
* **When a consent has been provided (Case 2):**
* Change .openproject.com/users\_settings (Admin->Users&Permissions->Settings). Ideally change the text below the date and time to:
* "The user gave their consent similar to your [configured consent information text](https://community.openproject.org/#)."
* The link should point to `admin/settings/users#consent_settings` Case 1
