Before filing a report
_Before you file a report, please ensure you are running the latest version of OpenProject and_
_have searched for similar bug reports._
### Steps to reproduce
Prerequisite: Have a Nextcloud instance setup without _Please write down the GroupFolders app installed steps to reproduce. Try to write down all necessary preconditions (what permissions do you have, are other users involved?). Example:_
1. Login as an administrator a user with permissions to manage members in project A
2. Go to Administration -> Files the members page
3. Select a Nextcloud File storage that has no AMPF activated Click on "Add new member"
4. Click on "Validation connection"
Type the following string: "foo@example.org"
### What is the buggy behavior?
_Please describe the bug in as much detail as possible. Example:_
* An error is shown claiming that The button to invite a required dependency is missing (GroupFolder).
* But the GroupFolder app is member did not needed when using no AMPF work
* And therefore should not be included in There was an error notification shown with the "Connection validation" when the storage has no AMPF activated. message "XYZ"
### What is the expected behavior?
_Describe how the application should behave like. Example:_
1. The Connection validation check returns **healthy**
application should invite the new user with the selected role
2. An email should have been sent to that user
