**Precondition**
- User is logged out.
**Reproduce**
1. Navigate to main login screen (…/login)
2. Tab through “Login” and “Password” to “Sign in” to log in
**Actual**
- Focus is set to “Forgot your password?” and “Create a new account” before going to “Sign in”.
**Expected**
- Focus should be set on “Sign in” before going to “Forgot you password?”.
