### Steps to reproduce

1. Setup Nextcloud storage in a project

2. On a work package from the project, upload a file to the Nextcloud storage

3. From the Nextcloud interface go to the newly created project folder

4. Find your file

5. Click on the 3 dots next to the file and select 'OpenProject'

6. On the right panel, clikc on 'Create and link work package'


### What is the buggy behavior?

* OpenProject project doesn't show up on the Begin of the insertionNextcloudEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion NextCloudEnd of the deletion project dropdown


### What is the expected behavior?

1. User can find the linked project on Nextcloud
