### Steps to reproduce
1. Upload a file with name `Example+with+strange+formatting.md.md` to any file storage
2. Try to link that file from OpenProject to any work package
### What is the buggy behavior?
* backend error occurs, breaking frontend flow
### What is the expected behavior?
1. Strange file names should work
