**As a** user of webhooks ~~### Steps to reproduce~~

**I want to** be informed of new, updated, or removed ~~1. Add a webhook with~~ work package relations events enabled: Created and Updated

2. Create work packages A and B

3. Create relation B follows A

### What is the buggy behavior?

**so that I** can update related systems when these relation changes occur Webhook not working.

### What is the expected behavior?

Webhook working with correct section \_embedded->relations in payload.
