### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as an admin without enterprise token

2. Go to 'My account' settings page

3. Select Dark mode

4. Go to the administration page

5. Click on "Design" from sidebar menu

6. The video of Enterprise feature has a white background  Begin of the insertionorEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion

 orEnd of the deletion

7. Go to a project

8. Click on "Team planners" from sidebar menu

9. The video of Enterprise feature has a white background

1. Go to notification center

2. while loading the page, the shown loading gif has a white background

### What is the expected behavior?

Videos and loading gif should have dark (transparent) background
