**Acceptance criteria**
* In the new meeting creation form:
* By default, the "Send out invitation emails upon creation" checkbox is unchecked
**Context**
Often, when a meeting is created, the agenda item is not yet ready, so this should indeed be unchecked by default.
**User feedback**
_As As an admin, I would like to be able to change the default setting for the check box: Send _Send out invitation emails upon creation creation_ when creating a meeting, so that the check mark for emailing is not checked checkt by default._ default.
