**As** an OpenProject administrator
**I want to** give my users the possibility to create custom fields able to accept duration information
**so that** they are able to track, sum, filter and sort by custom durations
**Acceptance criteria**
In Administration → Custom fields → New custom field or in edit page,
* Add a new format named "Duration",
* Include these options:
* Mininum (hours)
* Maximum (hours)
* Default value
* Required
* For all projects
* Use as filter
* Users are able to sum, filter and sort these values in work package list view
* The setting for displaying duration (in hours only or hours and days, for example) will apply Duration custom fields too.
