**As** an OpenProject user
**I want to** be able to create and delete multiple API access keys
**so that** I can distiguish that I use them in different places.
## Acceptance criteria
* [x] [ ] When the user navigates to the Access Tokens page in their account settings,
* [x] they should be able to add a new API access key to the list of existing API access keys. The key is active after adding it.
* [x] they should be able to delete an API access key from the list, which makes it no longer being active.
* [x] [ ] and is trying to add a new API access key they are asked to give this key a name.
* [ ] ~~and is trying to add a new API access key they are asked for their password.~~ _Postponed_
