In #55602, we provided a quick fix for the user profile page and agreed to primerize it in the following release.

**Acceptance criteria**

* Use Begin of the insertionPageHeader for theEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion primerizedEnd of the deletion header

* Move pieces to a primer right pane in Begin of the insertionthisEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion thatEnd of the deletion order:

* Begin of the insertionInformationEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion  informationEnd of the deletion (custom fields of the user) Begin of the deletion to the sidebarEnd of the deletion

* Groups (at max 10 groups, with show/hide button like with meetings)

* Projects (at max 10 groups, with show/hide button like with meetings)

* Begin of the insertionEach of those sections has a "Manage" button to the right side visible only to admins

* For _Information_, it leads to the "General" tab of the user admin page

* For _Groups_, it leads to the "Groups" tab of the user admin page

* For _Projects_, it leads to the "Projects" tab of the user admin page

* End of the insertion Activity information on the left stays as is Begin of the insertion
