**As** a user of groupware
**I want to** have OpenProject be informed about changes to a meeting that I moved in my calendar
**so that** I don't have to update the information multiple times
**As** a User
**I want to** view users who have accepted or rejected meeting's iCal invites from email.
**so that** better communication and collaboration can occur.
When a email is sent to users on there android or iOS device from "send mail to all participants", users accept or reject it, but that information is not shown to other users. When we create a event from google calendar and invite participants it shows whether a user has accepted or not, that is missing from meeting modules.
**Acceptance criteria**
* When sending out a meeting through OpenProject, make author a participant, not the organizer of the meeting
* Add the incoming mail if configured as the author of the meeting
* Responses will be sent to that mail by the Groupware
* \[open\] Find out what information is sent back on rescheduling
