**Context**

After (internal) user feedback, we decided on a [Dev/Product meeting](https://community.openproject.org/projects/gmbh/meetings/3114) that we'd test this approach in a pullpreview and see if we like it.

**Acceptance criteria**

* Saving an agenda item does not automatically add another empty one Begin of the deletion
