Feature MEET-45: Restore an old revision of a text field e.g. work package description and wiki page

**As** a OpenProject user
**I want to** be able to restore an old revision a document with a history (e.g. meeting agenda) to a previous version
**so that** I can get back to that state in case I accidentially deleted the content (or modified it in a way that it is hard to restore manually).
**Acceptance criteria**
1. * From the "compare history" view there is an option to see the old versions (WYSIWYG) "restore this version"
2. Revisions can * The content of "that version" will be restored.
3. This pattern is applied to set as a new revision/version in the following text fields that are journalized:
1. Work package description
2. Project attributes
3. Agenda items
4. Wiki pages
5. ... history.
