**As an** OpenProject user

**I want to** to filter favored projects in the project list

**So that** I can more easily find the projects I have to access the most often (and I don't have to search it in a long list).

**Acceptance criteria**

* In the sidebar there is a project filter "Favorite projects"

* It is the second project list after Begin of the insertion"ActiveEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion "AllEnd of the deletion projects" Begin of the deletion and before "Projects I am member of"End of the deletion

* When opening the project list  (/projects) the list "All projects" is selected - not the list "Favorite projects" (the user can access their favorite projects through the main project selector.

* Clicking on the link opens all favored projects (this list is not selected when opening the default list /projects

* There is no change to the default columns of this list.

* There is a filter Begin of the insertion"Favorite"End of the insertion Begin of the deletion "Favored"End of the deletion (boolean) in the filter section

* The filter is user specific as the Begin of the insertionfavoriteEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion favoredEnd of the deletion functionality is so as well. A project that is favored by a user might not be favored by another.

* There is a column Begin of the insertionof favorite projectsEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion "Favored"End of the deletion (boolean) available in the project list Begin of the insertionmarked with a starEnd of the insertion

* The column is sortable.

* The column Begin of the deletion "Favored"End of the deletion is added to the default columns for new and existing instances.

* The column Begin of the deletion "Favored"End of the deletion can not be deactivated in the Administration
