**As** a user of groupware
**I want to** have OpenProject be informed about changes to a meeting that I moved in my calendar calnedar
**so that** I don't have to update the information multiple times
**Acceptance criteria**
* When sending out a meeting through OpenProject, make author a participant, not the organizer of the meeting
* Add the incoming mail if configured as the author of the meeting
* Responses will be sent to that mail by the Groupware
* \[open\] Find out what information is sent back on rescheduling
