_Please write down the steps to reproduce. Try to write down all necessary preconditions (what permissions do you have, are other users involved?). Example:_
1. Create a project attribute with format 'Long Text'
2. Enable it for your project
3. Go to Project Overview page
4. Edit newly created Long Text attribute
5. Add text and try to add a hyperlink to it
6. (the same issue happens when you try to add a code snippet inside the editor and also for the adding macros dialog)
### What is the buggy behavior?
* Text is highlighted, no 'Link URL' input field is shown
* After user exits modal, 'Link URL' input field floats on Overview page
* (For the The "insert code snippet" modal cannot be accessed, because it is behind the editor modal.)
### What is the expected behavior?
1. 'Link URL' input field is shown above Project attribute edit modal and user can add a hyperlink
2. ~~(The (The "insert code snippet" modal should be shown above Project attribute edit modal and user can add a code snippet)~~
3. The insert code snippet modal is hidden in primer dialogs, as they trigger an angular modal which will be positioned behind the other snippet)
