2. End of the insertion Login as a user with permissions to edit work, remaining work and %complete

Begin of the insertion4.End of the insertion Begin of the deletion 3.End of the deletion Go to any project > Work packages
Begin of the insertion5.End of the insertion Begin of the deletion 4.End of the deletion Click on any `-` and input 1,5 and 1.5 as Work and Remaining Work

### What is the buggy behavior?

* User can use `1,5` and `1.5` for Work but not for Remaining work, which only allows `1.5`

### What is the expected behavior?

1. Both fields behave the same
