### Steps to reproduce

1. Add a new agenda item
2. Remove the author in the second field (by clicking on the X icon)

### What is the buggy behavior?

* The author field is before the duration field
* There is no "user" leading icon
* When the author is removed and the field is blank, the placeholder defaults to "Type to search"
* This does not communicate what the field represents, or what is expected of the user

### What is the expected behavior?

* [x] Move this field to the third position (after duration), done in https://github.com/opf/openproject/pull/15184
* This makes it consistent with order the fields will actually be disabled
* [ ] Add leading icon: `person`
* [ ] Replace the placeholder text &quot;Type to search&quot; with: **{chosen name}**
