**As** a user
**I want to** mark my favorite project lists as favorites (shared, public and private)
**so that** I can more easily find and access the project lists I use most often.
**Acceptance criteria**
* Starred lists are sorted at the top (within it alphabetically) of each group of lists in the sidebar
* Project lists can be "starred"
* To do this, the user clicks on the "star" button.
* Starring a list is possible for all lists (own, shared, public) except for the static ones
* This is a personal setting. It is not visible to other users.
* Indicate starred project lists in the sidebar with a star icon.
**Technical notes**
* Additional table for starring project\_queries since it is user dependent
* To be removed upon removing query or user
* After staring, the frontend needs to be updated
* Star button
* side menu
