### Steps to reproduce

### What is the buggy behavior?

* Dialog only says 'are you sure' even though deleting the attribute would also delete associated values

### What is the expected behavior?

* Dialog provides more context to the Begin of the insertionuser:
End of the insertion Begin of the deletion user
End of the deletion * Begin of the insertionReplace "Are you sure?" with:
* "DeletingEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion Ideally, replaceEnd of the deletion this Begin of the insertionattribute will also delete its values in all projects. Are you sure you want to do this?"

* Replace thisEnd of the insertion browser dialog with a proper Primer one
* Header: "Delete attribute"
* Dialog text: "Deleting this attribute will also delete its values in all projects. Are you sure you want to do this?"
