**Preconditions**
1. A project with at least one work package
2. User language is **German**
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Select an existing work package
2. Start to update the work package
3. Remove the work package’s **Thema** to provoke an error
4. Set “Aufgewendete Zeit” to a decimal number like “2,5”
5. Save the changes
**Actual behavior**
- The decimal mark for **Aufgewendete Zeit** is replaced by a **dot**
**Expected behavior**
- The decimal mark of the current locale is used (in the specific case for **German** a **comma**)
