**As** a moderartor preparing an agenda with very many project members
**I want to** easily select the invited users with a search/autocompletion
**so that** I do not have to scroll to the complete member list.
**Acceptance criteria**
* The user selection remains in a modal view.
* We reuse the existing components to select users for sharing work packages.
