### Steps to reproduce
1. Go to your personal settings ('My account')
2. Navigate to _Notification _Navigation settings_ and _Email reminders_
### What is the buggy behavior?
* There isn't sufficient spacing between sections (they all look like one long list)
* There is no distinction between section header and bold text paragraph
### What is the expected behavior?
1. Add h3 headers like in other personal settings pages (_Access tokens_ and _Avatar_, for example)
1. Ensure the updated pages hav similar spacing above the h3 elements
### Important note
* This is a temporary fix until all settings pages are Primerised. These pages simply have not been updated since their design about a year and a half or two years ago.
* We might need new translation strings (for the h3 titles). This requires some discussion, please get in touch with product when tackling this bug.
