**As** a project viewer
**I don't want to** see a completely empty sidebar on the project overview page when no project attributes are activated for this project (see uploaded screenshot)
**so that** the width of the screen is better used and only filled with widgets
### Acceptance Criteria:
* On a project overview page:
* The sidebar is hidden when no (visible) project attribute is enabled for this project
* The widgets take the full width
* The sidebar is shown, when at least one (visible) project attribute is enabled for this project
