**As an** OpenProject user
**I want to** to filter starred projects in the project list
**So that** I can more easily find the projects I have to access the most often (and I don't have to search it in a long list).
**Acceptance criteria**
* In There is a static list "Starred" in the sidebar there is a of the project filter "Starred projects" list
* It is Clicking on the second project list after "All projects" and before "Projects I am member of" link opens all starred projects
* When opening **\[open\]** Should the project list (/projects) default set of columns be applied to the list "All projects" is selected - not the list list?
* **\[open\]** Use "Starred projects" (the user can access their starred projects through rather than "Starred" as the main project selector. other static lists currently have a "projects" appended?
* Clicking on **\[open\]** Position of the added link opens all starred projects (this list is not selected when opening in the default list /projects sidebar? Proposal: second from the top, between "Active projects" and "My projects".
* There is no change to **\[open\]** Should the default columns of this list. filter named "My projects" be renamed as people might confuse it with the "Starred" projects list?
* There is a filter "Starred" (boolean) in the filter section
* The filter is user specific as the starred functionality is so as well. A project that is starred by a user might not be starred by another.
* **\[open\]** There is a column "Starred" (boolean) available in the project list (might already have been developed by ##24683)
* The column is sortable.
* The **\[open\]** Should the column "Starred" is be added to the list of default columns for new and & existing instances.
* The column "Starred" can not be deactivated in the Administration
**Notes**
* Depends on ##24683
