### Acceptance criteria
* On the Copy meeting page, the user sees a new checkbox after the 'Copy agenda' checkbox:
* Label: "Copy attachments"
* Not checked by default
* Guideline text: "Copy over all attached files to the new meeting"
* The user is able to copy over just the agenda but not attachments, just the attachments without the agenda, or both.
