### Steps to reproduce

3\. navigate to the assignee board
4\. You wont see any cards nor assignee

* The assignee board does not show any cards. Other action boards (e.g. status) do though.

### What is the expected behavior?

1. A user with reading permissions should at least see the content of a assignee board since the content of other board types is visible as well.
