**I want to** add users to an agenda item
**so that** the participats better understand what the agenda item is about and so they can prepare for it.

**Acceptance criteria**

* Remove the visual representation of the author field
* For each agenda item it is possible to add one responsible user.
* The user who added the agenda item is preset but can be removed.
