**so that** the participats better understand what the agenda item is about and so they can prepare for it.

**Acceptance criteria**

* Remove the visual representation of the author field
* For each agenda item it is possible to add one Begin of the insertionresponsible user.End of the insertion Begin of the deletion (\[open\] or more users).End of the deletion
