**As** a _manager organizing structured meetings_
**I want to** _see the history of a dynamic meeting and changes to the agenda items_
**so that** _I can keep track of all changes changes to the meeting_
### **Acceptance criteria**
* Add a dropdown item "View History" to the dropdown menu at the top right of the structured meeting
* This action opens an a Primer dialog
* It shows changes to the meeting agenda items and the meeting itself
* For the meeting
* The author of the change
* The changed attributes
* The date of the changes
* For changes in the meeting agenda items (both text and work packages)
* The author of the change
* Details of changes for title, duration, order, and notes
* The date of the changes
* For deletion of meeting agenda items (only text)
* The author of the deletion
* The name of the agenda item that was deleted
* Work package agenda items will continue to use 'old' style titles:

* Some changes (Meeting created, updated, etc.) will also be displayed in the overall project activity page
* This excludes the details of the changes for meeting agenda items

### Out of scope
* The ability to see history/activity/changes to individual agenda items
* The ability to see history for deleted work package agenda items (can be handled in the same fashion as attachable journals in a further version)
