**As** a project member
**I want to** get nudged via email to complete the OAuth flow for a new storage
**so that** I can access the files on the storage when automatically managed project folders are activated.
**Acceptance criteria**
* A email is sent when a user gets access to a project that has AMPF activated but the user has no access token to the storage yet.
* Multiple emails need to be avoided
**Note**: This feature got created as response to a internal support request. It is till not clear to users and admins that and when users need to do this OAuth flow. A detection from OpenProject and an email send with a link can elevate that problem.
