**As** a user
**I want to** be visually reminded to save changes I did to a project list (e.g. changed the colum order or added a filter)
**so that** I don't loose work when leaving the page
**Acceptance criteria**
* Changing a persisted or static list I am not allowed to change (shared, public or static list):
* An information message is displayed next to the page header that the list was manipulated
* A "Save as" button appears in the top left toolbar
* Pressing on the "Save as" button opens an input field a modal for inserting the name of the new list (same as clicking on the "Save as" entry in the menu) (subject to change later)
* All selections of the current list are saved (filters, columns sort order) with the exception of sharing/public information
