### Out of scope

* Analyse and redesign overview pages inside projects with the base of the work done for the home page.
* Merge all possible announcements (feature releases, announcements, technical actions admins need to perform...). With this also improve announcements to be able to include markdown, images and also trigger notifications. This will be implemented in ###53067 ~~###53067~~
