* In the meeting copy form, add a separate checkbox that allows copying the meeting agendas
* This checkbox is checked by default. Begin of the insertion
* When checked, this checkbox results in the meeting agenda being copied
* For "Classic" meetings, copies the agenda plain text as before
* For "Dynamic" meetings, copies all agenda itemsEnd of the insertion
