**I want to** stop emails with storage health information for a specific storage
**so that** I don't get flooded with unnecessary emails when I don't want or can't actively work on fixing a storage.

**Acceptance criteria**

* The user can deactivate the health status notifications for a storage Begin of the insertionsoEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion andEnd of the deletion no further health status emails will be send regarding this Begin of the insertionstorage.
* The toggle deactivates the notification for a specificEnd of the insertion storage Begin of the insertionfor all admins at the same time (individual notification settings is out of scope).End of the insertion
* A note in the email is Begin of the insertiondisplayed whichEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion present, thatEnd of the deletion informs the admin that health status emails can be Begin of the insertiondeactivated.End of the insertion Begin of the deletion deactivatedEnd of the deletion
* A link in the email links directly to the setting where the health status emails can be Begin of the insertiondeactivated.End of the insertion Begin of the deletion deactivatedEnd of the deletion
* By default the option is activated for all storages with automatically managed project Begin of the insertionfolders.
