**As** OpenProject admin
**I want to** that LDAP group information is fetched/synced when a new OpenProject user is creaed 'on the fly' druing login
**so that** the user don't need to wait for the sync job to be executed
**Example:**
1. Add synchronized LDAP group in OpenProject
2. Create new user in LDAP and add the user to the LDAP group
3. User perform a login with 'on the fly creation'
4. User should be in the group without needing to wait for the group sync job
