### Steps to reproduce
1. Login as a user and navigate to a project where you have permissions to add an IFC model.
2. Navigate to BCF module
3. Click on _IFC models (Industry Foundation Classes)_ models_
4. Try to upload a new IFC model with a file size larger than the max. allowed attachment file size (Administration -> System Settings -> Attachments)
5. Receive an error message
### What is the buggy behavior?
* The error message does not show the correct error reason (file size to large).
* OP instead shows an error message that is misleading (see screenshot below)
### What is the expected behavior?
1. The error message should indicate that the allowed attachment file size is the reason why the file could not be uploaded.
