**As a** user who organizes dynamic and classic meetings
**I want to** sent out the meeting minutes and agenda to all attendees and selected external contacts
**so that** they can download and store information on our meeting locally
**Acceptance criteria**
* After a meeting has been closed, clicking on _send email to all participants_ includes an attachment that includes the meeting minutes or directly includes the minutes
* Before a meeting has been closed, clicking on _send email to all participants_ includes the current agenda
* _send email to all participants_ also includes a field to add external e-mail addresses (just when a meeting is already closed)
Note: This feature request has slightly been adjusted after the release of dynamic meetings. Original user story:

> As an enterprise user, I would like to have the option in the meeting module to be able to send the agenda and minutes to external employees for viewing.
> It would be nice if after "clicking" on the button "Send as review" then has the option to add an external email address in a field to give employees outside of OpenProject the possibility to receive minutes.
