### **Acceptance criteria**
* From the project lists, the projects dropdown in the top left, or the quick add button in the top left, clicking "+ Project" will open a modal dialog with multiple steps, which include:
* General information
* Copy options\*
* Required project attributes\*
* (\*) Steps 2 and 3 only appear if the conditions are right (see below)
* **General information**
* Text input: Project name
* Select field: Subproject of of
* Toggle: "Use template"
* Only show if project templates exist in the instance
* In the _on_ position, show select field showing a list of available templates (default choice is none)
* Action bar:
* Next. This button is "Create" button if:
* No template is used
* There are no required project attributes (currently called 'Project custom fields')
* Cancel
* Next button: button:
* On click, moves on to the next step
* **"Copy options"** is step 2 if the user is copying a project or has selected a template
* The user can select which project modules are to be copied from the template
* If there are required project attribues, the primary button is "Next" (else it's "Create project")
* **"Required project attributes"** is step 3 if they exist exist
* All required custom fields are shown as a form
* The primary action is "Create project" to signal final creation of the project
* This step is titled "Required project custom fields" if this feature is released without the parallel work where project custom fields will be renamed to "Project attributes" in:

* A button "Back" is shown in all but the first step
