**Acceptance criteria**
* From the project lists, the projects dropdown in the top left, or the quick add button in the top left, clicking "+ Project" will open a modal dialog with multiple steps, which include:
* General information
* Copy options\*
* Required project attributes\* steps
* Steps 2 and 3 only appear if the conditions are right (see below)

* Select field: and Subproject of of
* Toggle: **Open:** Show a "Use template"
* Only show if project templates exist in the instance
* In the _on_ position, show toggle and select field showing a list of available templates (default choice is none) to base on an existing project template

* No template is used
* There are no required project attributes (currently called 'Project custom fields')
* Cancel shown
* Next button: If "Use template" has been selected
* On click, moves on to the next step

* The user can select which project modules are to be copied from the template
