**As** a project admin
**I want to** have a column that shows me the users a work package is shared with
**so that** I can more easily understand the permissions of the work packages.
**Acceptance criteria**
* _New column "Shared users_
* If the user has permission to see the shares
* Show two shared users, ellipsing when they become too long
* Show the badge with the total count of shared users when count > 2
* _Only show the first two users - show a badge for all users that are not shown._
* _Clicking on the (badge / cell?) will open the sharing modal, IF the user has permissions to see the shares._
