### Steps to reproduce

1. Go to community.openproject.org
2. Login as a user who has received some notifications
3. Set user language to 'Deutsch' (German)
4. Click on the notifications icon to see them
5. Observe how notifications are displayed

### What is the buggy behavior?

The right side of the notifications view is cut off so the user cannot see all the options. Left-right scrolling does not work so it is not possible to use them either way.

### What is the expected behavior?

Begin of the insertion~~UsersEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion UsersEnd of the deletion should be able to see notifications and all the options properly on their Begin of the insertiondevices.~~

* The "Mark All as Read" button is hidden on mobile.

### Important note

This has been reproduced only on Samsung Galaxy S21 and S22 (both Chrome and Firefox). Other Android phone used for testing purposes did not show this issue.
