**I want** the page header and the sidebar of the project index page to be the default one also used on e.g. Begin of the insertionmembersEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion meetingsEnd of the deletion

**so that** I have a consistent UI

**Acceptance criteria**

* The functionality Begin of the insertion(i.e. the buttons displayed and their function)End of the insertion is to remain unchanged for the page header as well as for the sidebar
* An exception to this is that there is no longer a "+ Project" button in the sidebar
* The look and feel of the page header come from the new default, Primer based header also used on Begin of the insertionmembersEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion meetingsEnd of the deletion
